Objective To evaluate the accuracy of transcerebellar diameter (TCD) in estimating gestational age (GA) of pregnant women in the third trimester. Background On-target estimation of GA is crucial for favorable outcome of pregnancy. Miscalculation of GA may lead to preterm delivery, low birth weight, and hence perinatal morbidity and mortality. TCD is one of the parameters recently proposed for this aim.
