The present study employs a data review on the presence and aggregation of oxytetracycline (OTC) and resistance (AMR) bacteria in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and distribution of the contaminated effluent with the aid of shallow and deep ocean currents. The study aims to determine the fate of OTC, AMR bacteria in seafood, and demonstrate a relationship between AMR levels and human health. This review includes (1) OTC, (2) AMR bacteria, (3) heavy metals in aquatic environments, and their relationship. Few publications describe OCT in surface waters. Although, OTC and other tetracyclines were found in 10 countries in relatively low concentrations, …

Other resources
Cocktail Menus Ireland (1970s-2020) Version 1 highlights a small selection of cocktail menus from cocktail bars, public bars, hotel bars and Cocktail Clubs covering the period of 1970 up to 2020. These menus and their recipes help to identify the creativity, innovation and attention to detail in which the establishments highlighted here and their staff (cocktail bartenders, mixologists and management teams) poured into these menus. The menus also highlight the changing drinks fashions, how cocktail prices began to change, the variety of ingredients, the rise of the crafted approach towards ingredients sourcing and preparation. The impact of visual graphic illustrations, …
An Investigation Into The Prevalence Of Food Hypersensitivity Amongst Children In The Early Years Service In Ireland, Ruta Patel
Theses
In the early years services in Ireland, the study studied the prevalence of hypersensitivity to food and the associated food among children between the aging of 0 and 12. Participants were 980 EYS recorded with the State and Department of Education of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland during 2019. In the descriptive-analytical report, the management guideline for answering these questions by the EYS was circulated electronically via emails and included information regarding class, age, food hypersensitivity and food that induce hypersensitivity among children. Results on the prevalence of allergens to Food and Coeliac diseases and current policies to …

Molecular Genetic And Dna Methylation Profiling Of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia: A Focus On Divergent Prognostic Subgroups And Subsets, Nicola Cahill
Molecular Genetic And Dna Methylation Profiling Of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia: A Focus On Divergent Prognostic Subgroups And Subsets, Nicola Cahill
Doctoral
Advancements in prognostication have improved the subdivision of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) into diverse prognostic subgroups. In CLL, IGHV unmutated and IGHV3-21 genes are associated with a poor-prognosis, conversely, IGHV mutated genes with a favourable outcome. The finding of multiple CLL subsets expressing ‘stereotyped’ B-cell receptors (BCRs) has suggested a role for antigen(s) in leukemogenesis. Patients belonging to certain stereotyped subsets share clinical and biological characteristics, yet limited knowledge exists regarding the genetic and epigenetic events that may influence their clinical behaviour. This thesis aimed to, further investigate Swedish IGHV3-21-utilising patients, screen for genetic and DNA methylation events in CLL …
