Construction safety and health training can be delivered by different training methods, such as traditional, online and blended learning. E-learning is a newly introduced method whose effectiveness is still being investigated. This study focuses on the effect of construction worker demographics on the effectiveness of e-learning. The univariate analysis technique was used to find out the distribution and frequency of data collected by an internet based system.
