The task of this study, however, is to move toward an understanding of one aspect of Paul's body theology. " Our concern is not to explain what Paul means by σῶμα nor even what he means by σῶμα τοβ χριοτοῦ, but to discover what he means when he calls the Church σῶμα and σῶμα τοβ χριοτοῦ.
