The study investigated the role of library instruction in curbing plagiarism among undergraduates in University of Ilorin. The research design was descriptive survey .The research was guided by two questions and a hypothesis. It was a questionnaire based study. Purposive sampling technique and total enumeration were used to sample the respondents. The target population constituted 382 undergraduates but 235 copies of the questionnaire were found usable which represented 61.1% of the response rate. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social media addiction on reading culture of Nigerian students in higher institutions of learning. An online survey was sent to 1500 students of higher institutions in Nigeria during the Lockdown necessitated by the outbreak of the dreaded Corona Virus (Covid-19) Pandemic. The cross-sectional research design was used in this study to survey 254 certified librarians systematically selected from the 5,437 librarians certified by the Library Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN). A structured questionnaire, which was the research instrument of this study was validated by experts and considered reliable using the Cronbach Alpha formula on SPSS version 20. This paper attempts to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on the Job Satisfaction of Librarians in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs.
