Ultrahigh Resolution Ft-Icr Ms Data For Biomass Burning Emissions-Influenced Fog And Aerosol From The Po Valley, Matthew Brege, Lynn Mazzoleni

Lynn Mazzoleni

This dataset and the methods used to obtain it were described in "Molecular insights on aging and aqueous phase processing from ambient biomass burning emissions-influenced Po Valley fog and aerosol” submitted to Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics in March of 2018. Briefly, two samples of ambient fog water and two samples of ambient aerosol collected in the Po Valley (Italy) during the 2013 Supersito field campaign were analyzed using negative mode electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS). The extent of “fresh” vs. “aged” biomass burning influence was estimated prior to FT-ICR MS analysis using proton nuclear magnetic …

Ultrahigh Resolution Ft-Icr Ms Data Of Long-Range Transported Free Tropospheric Aerosol Collected At The Pico Mountain Observatory In The Azores, Simeon K. Schum, Lynn Mazzoleni

Lynn Mazzoleni

This dataset and the methods used to obtain it were described in “Molecular and physical characteristics of aerosol at a remote marine free troposphere site: Implications for atmospheric aging” submitted to Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics in February 2018. Briefly, three long-range transported organic aerosol samples were analyzed using negative mode electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) with a mass resolving power of 400,000 (defined at m/z 400). FLEXPART retroplume simulations indicated that two of the samples (PMO-1 & PMO-3) were influenced by North American wildfire emissions transported in the free troposphere and one (PMO-2) by North …

Mitochondrial And Nuclear Sequences For Phylogenetic Analysis Of Three Cephalopod Species, Northern Gulf Of Mexico, May 2015 To May 2017, Amanda Sosnowki

DEEPEND Datasets

The midwater column contains a wide diversity of cephalopods in the northern Gulf of Mexico. DNA sequence data (barcodes) have become a key tool to discover hidden biodiversity. We generated mitochondrial DNA barcode datasets based on the Cytochrome c oxidase I (COI), 16s, and 28s genes from cephalopods. These data were analyzed using phylogenetic methods to examine possible connectivity of 3 species (Vampyroteuthis infernalis, Pyroteuthis margaritifera, and Cranchia scabra) between two basins, the Gulf of Mexico and the area surrounding Bear Seamount in the northwestern Atlantic Ocean. These datasets were generated from cephalopods collected in the northern Gulf of Mexico …

Data and Datasets

We studied ion transport in hybrid organic inorganic perovskite p-i-n devices as a function of applied bias under device operating conditions. Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and equivalent circuit modeling, we elucidated various resistive and capacitive elements in the device. We show that ion migration is predictably influenced by a low applied forward bias, characterized by an increased capacitance at the hole transporting (HTM) and electron transporting material (ETM) interfaces, as well as through the bulk. However, unlike observations in n-i-p devices, we found that there is a capacitive discharge leading to ion redistribution in the bulk at high forward …

Research Datasets

The database compiles published data on biogeochemical characteristics (density, organic carbon, stable carbon isotopes and sediment grain size) of soils underneath seagrass meadows in False Bay, South Australia. Pb-210 concentrations of the first 12-20 cm are included. The dataset compiles data for a total of 12 cores, 80-140 cm-long (5 cores with Pb-210 data, 4 cores with sediment grain size).

Research Datasets

The database compiles published data (in Lafratta et al. 2019, STOTEN) on physical, biogeochemical and chemical characteristics (density, organic carbon, sediment grain size, metals concentration, Pb isotopes ratio) of soils underneath seagrass meadows in Port Pirie, South Australia. Pb-210 concentrations of the first 12 cm are also included. The dataset includes data for a total of two cores, A12 and A15 that are 147 and 96 cm long respectively.
