If we turn to the literature data, it is known that the degradation of CdZnTe / ZnTe and CdZnSe /ZnSe quantum wells and usually includes two types of processes: (i) fast (as called dynamic, by analogy with the degradation of heterostructures based on A3B5 materials) - germination and propagation of extended defects from a GaAs substrate. In the works of Ayupov, Khudoyberdiyev and Yusupov proved that the local and 2-local derivation of solvable Leibniz algebras with model nilradical are derivations. Solvable Leibniz algebras with null-filiform nilradical are the partial case of solvable Leibniz algebras with model nilradical. However, the proof in the paper is different from model nilradical case. The derivation is a fundamental notion in mathematics. Derivations play a prominent role in algebra. There are many generalizations of derivations as antiderivation, δ-derivations, ternary derivations and (α,β,γ)-derivations. This work shows the possibility of growing a single-crystal substitutional solid solution (GaAs1-δBiδ)0.46(Ge2)0.31(ZnSe)0.23on GaP substrates by liquid phase epitaxy from a bismuth-containing melt solution. was shown that tetrahedral bonds in the (GaAs1-δBiδ)0.46(Ge2)0.31(ZnSe)0.23 layers are enriched with arsenide gallium molecules, and some GaAs1-δBiδ molecules are replaced by Ge2 paired atoms and ZnSe molecule compounds. In the paper, it has been investigated how Gronwall`s inequality can be used in theory of Differential Games. Here a pursuit problem of linear differential game has been studied when constraints of Gronwall type generalizing geometrical constraint imposed on control parameters of players. To solve the pursuit problem it will be proposed a parallel pursuit strategy ( -strategy) and its structure will be studied in relation to parameters. In this article, the authors` previous works will be advanced and extended. As a result of the work, the new sufficiency conditions will be suggested.

An energy-efficient design is a basis for controlling energy efficiency in buildings, and it is highly motivated by the sustainable energy management perception of relevant stakeholders. This research aims to analyse the impact of quarrying on the health and perception of neighbouring communities. A standard questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from quarry neighbours in a residential neighbourhood located in the city of Lavras, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Residences were distributed based on proximity to a quarrying company, resulting in three distances divided by three equally distant radii, named as Area I (closest to the quarrying company at 630 m), Area II (730 m), and Area III (farthest from the quarrying company at 830 m). Outlined is the personal experience of PhD researcher [name removed] in their physics/craft research project, combined with thoughts and opinions from collaborators gathered through group discursive interviews. Interdisciplinary projects face interpersonal and conceptually ambiguous challenges which can be addressed through adopting drawing techniques for educational purposes. As nanoparticles serve as mediators in the electron transfer between biomolecules and a biosensor’s electrode surface, this study is dedicated to investigating Mn2O3 and Co3O4 nanoparticles and their photoluminescence effect that play a critical role in sensing glucose and lactose. The chemical coprecipitation method was adopted for preparing the nanoparticles that were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, Transmission Electron Microscope, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, Energy Dispersive X-ray, UV-vis spectroscopy, and Vibrating Sample Magnetometry. At present, environmental legislation bounds the drilling operators in drilling wastes removal. The rapid increasing sensitivity of drilling waste management forced many countries to develop environmental guidelines for their drilling operations. This research studies some sorts of waste produced during upstream petroleum activities, particularly while drilling. After that, many hazards and impacts on the environment are addressed, as well as their principal treatment techniques. This paper gives a modest and theoretical vision over the present environmental standard and waste management design, realized at a universal scale. The present paper is devoted to investigation of the multidimensional case of the logistic mapping on the plane to itself. In this paper we learnt the properties of the sets of Julia and Mandelbrot for some two-dimensional logistic mappings. The sets of Julia and Mandelbrot help to define asymptotical behavior of the trajectories of certain mappings. The analytical solutions of the equations for finding fixed and periodic points and the computational simulations for describing the sets of Julia and Mandelbrot are the main results of this paper.

Cerium dioxide (CeO2) thin films have been applied as new material in many technical fields such as solid oxide fuel cells, catalysts, UV absorbents, pharmacology, and coatings for corrosion protection of many metals and alloys. Electrodeposition is widely considered to be one of the best preparation methods for CeO2 film.
