The goal of the Kent County Stormwater Management Program is to improve and protect the region’s quality of life by preventing and minimizing any impacts of stormwater runoff into a valuable resource.

The Task Force hopes that this handbook will be useful whether the reader is new to the subject of stormwater or has questions of the most technical nature. For instance, Part 5 refers the reader to a wealth of additional information available in printed documents or through the Internet.
