Context: Adolescent pregnancy continues to be a public health concern in the United States. School-based health centers are an ideal setting for providing affordable, accessible, and confidential reproductive services for adolescents that can help prevent unintended pregnancies. However, there are great variations in the reproductive services offered at school-based health centers across the United States. In recent years, the United States (U.S.) has seen an influx of Hispanic/Latino migrants/ immigrants fleeing their homes in South America, seeking opportunities for a better life in the U.S. Immigrants and their families often present to the U.S. with unique, unmet health care needs that ultimately impact the U.S. healthcare system and migrant health outcomes.
