A productive workforce and retention of employees is an essential part of a company’s reputation and elevation of the company to be the best to the workforce. Healthy and present employees are a key to this productive workforce. Transient workers in the pipeline construction are away from their families and loved ones and can struggle to stay healthy and find quality healthcare while working long hours multiple days a week.
