Abstract

Healthcare organizations have come to realize the 21st century brings many challenges. First and foremost is the challenge of improving patient satisfaction with their health care and their associated experience accessing this complex system. Other challenges are incorporating the patient perceptions of delivering high quality, safe, equitable care to the surrounding community while demonstrating cohesive teamwork.
