Introduction: Pre-eclampsia is a multisystem multifactorial disease unique to pregnancy with unknown aetiology which is characterized by blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg after 20 weeks of gestation associated with proteinuria ≥300 mg/24- hour urine specimen. It complicates about 2-10% of pregnancies worldwide. Objectives: To determine the prevalence and evaluate feto-maternal outcomes of pre-eclampsia. Methods: This was a retrospective study conducted at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIMS) Kochi from 1 August 2017 to 31 July 2018.
