In order to create a snapshot of substance use and abuse in Georgia, the Burruss Institute of Public Service and Research requested access to data from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health conducted on behalf of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a unit of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
