Miniscrews is introduced as absolute anchorage devices in orthodontic treatment. They are efficient in overcoming anchorage loss. The miniscrew implants can be placed at different heights and angles in the positions determined for various clinical requirements. In this study, we used these parameters for determining the changes in stress distribution on the supporting bone and the miniscrews itself using finite element analysis.The aim of this study is to determine changes in stress distribution on the supporting bone and miniscrew implant at different alveolar crestal heights in different angulations using Finite Element Analysis.

In addition, the management and rehabilitation of the dentofacial abnormalities, highlighting orthodontic, surgical, and prosthetic approaches, is examined. Background: RA is a chronic immune-mediated systemic disorder; its pathogenesis is complex. Genetic, environmental, hormonal, and lifestyle are the main risk factors. The correlation between oral health and RA is rising. Oral manifestations in RA include temporomandibular joint disorder, secondary Sjögren’s syndrome, xerostomia, and periodontal disease. Previous studies suggest a bidirectional relationship between RA and periodontal diseases. In the following respects, tooth enamel is a unique tissue in the mammalian body: (a) it is the most mineralized and hardest tissue in it comprising up to 95 wt% of apatite; (b) its microstructure is dominated by parallel rods composed of bundles of 40 – 60 nm wide apatite crystals with aspect ratios reaching up to 1:10,000 and (c) not only does the protein matrix that gives rise to enamel guides the crystal growth, but it also conducts its own degradation and removal in parallel.
