Purpose: The study was established to compare the remineralization effect ofnatural agents versus bioadhesive polymers with or without PH cycling using amicrohardness test. Materials and Methods: Forty extracted premolars were used.The roots of the teeth were removed, then the crowns of teeth were cut in mesiodistaldirection to expose the labial and lingual portion using a diamond disc so that 80specimens were obtained. Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the biological pulp response to Pulpine and Polyamidoamine Dendrimer and their combination in dogs and comparing their remineralizing potentials on human caries affected dentin. Materials and Methods: Forty-five teeth in 3 mongrel dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the applied pulp capping material; group A1: Pulpine NE, group A2: PAMAM G3 and group A3: Pulpine and PAMAM. Purpose: The current study aimed to investigate the effect of substrate and resincement shades on the optical properties of two ceramic laminate veneer materials.Materials and Methods: Sixty four thin slices of ceramics were made from the twomaterials (IPS e.max CAD, Vita Suprinity).They were divided into two equal groups(n=32). Each group was subdivided into two subgroups (n=16) regarding to substrateshade (A3,C4)on which each ceramic slice was cemented. Purpose: The aim of the study was to examine the impact of Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) on gamma-irradiated teeth regarding tooth structure hardness, salivary pH and salivary IgA.
