Objective: The purpose of the present study is to develop prognostic models for surgical need and treatment success for class III malocclusions. Material and Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study that evaluated treatment outcomes of consecutively treated patients at UCSF from Jan 1st 2007-Jan 1st 2012 and UoP from May 1st, 2014 – May 1st 2019. Receiver operator curves were used to develop prognostic models for surgical need and treatment success for class III malocclusions.
