Purpose : The present study was conducted to evaluate the clinical and radiographic effect of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) in one stage dental implants in an attempt to improve outcomes of dental implants. Material and methods : This study was conducted on twelve (12) healthy patients that were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (control group) six (6) patients with one stage implant insertion without the use of platelet rich fibrin membrane ; Group B (Test group) six (6) patients with one stage implant insertion with the use of Platelet Rich Fibrin membrane.
