Purpose: This study was designed to assess the impact of irrigating solutions on push out bond strength of Bio- ceramic and Resin Based Endodontic Sealers. Materials and Methods: sixty extracted human teeth with straight single root and canal were prepared with RACE FKG rotary files till size 35 taper 06. The samples were dispensed into two experimental groups according to root canal sealer used (30 samples each). group1 Total Fill Bio-ceramic sealer after irrigation with, and Group 2: AH Plus sealer.
