This study aims to determine the effect of sequential and crossed step shadow exercises, as well as the differences between the two on improving footwork agility badminton athlete PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This research is a quasi-experimental study, with a two group pre-test post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 22 male athletes. The consumption survey results show that the average dietary energy intake (DEI) was 63.24% of the dietary reference intake (DRI). Context: Carpal bossing is a bony growth or mass that typically occurs at the 2nd or 3rd carpometacarpal joint. Carpal bossing is often overlooked placing the patient at an increased risk for pain or injury, such as osteoarthritis or inflammatory joint disease if left untreated. Purpose: To determine if, in physically active individuals, low-intensity Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is more effective than training without BFR at improving measures of aerobic capacity.

Methods: A database search was conducted for articles that matched inclusion criteria (minimum level 2 evidence, physically active participants, comparison of low-intensity BFR to no BFR training, comparison of pre-post testing with aerobic fitness or performance, training protocols >2 weeks, studies published after 2010) by two authors and assessed by one using the PEDro scale (a minimum of 5/10 was required) to ensure level 2 quality studies that were then analyzed.

The study aimed to experimentally verify the efficacy of wearing flotation aids to add buoyancy from the pelvis to the side of the thigh on the swimming performance of beginning swimmers who were capable of swimming around 25 meters at a time. The study recruited seven male university students who were members of the Physical Education Department and who lacked experience in specialized swimming instruction. Purpose: Assessment of cardiovascular response of qualified middle-distance runners to aerobic and anaerobic physical loads.

Methods: Qualified middle-distance runners at the stage of sportsmanship improvement (n = 20) were studied. Sports qualification - 2 and 1 categories. The analysis of Heart Rate Variability was carried out using the application “CardioMood” with “Polar h10” and “Polar M430”. A 5-minute electrocardiogram recording was performed. Only normal NN cardio cycles were studied. When analyzing Heart Rate Variability, the following parameters were obtained: HR, SDNN, pNN50, TP, entropy (H), modes (Mo), AMo, stress index.
