Background : Low back pain is one of the most common symptoms. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the most sensitive and useful investigation in detecting and delineating spinal disease. An incidental lesion is an asymptomatic lesion found while examining a patient for an unrelated reason. Objective : To determine frequency and majority of incidental findings in patients undergoing MRI of lumbar spine. Method : Five hundred and ninety-seven lumbar spine MRIs in 24 months were reviewed. Background : A number of the anesthesia regimens are used in craniotomy. Rapid emergence is one of the important goals in Neuroanesthesia. In this study, we compared desflurane inhalation and propofol TCI regimen in patients undergoing craniotomy for temporal lobectomy regarding recovery profiles including time of recovery, cognitive function, postoperative pain, post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV). MDS is a group of abnormality in hematologic stem cells characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis and various clinical presentations. Treatment of MDS is costly, and may not be possible in most areas in Thailand. Valproic acid (VPA) is used for the treatment of convulsion with low adverse reaction. Background : The continuous progress in public health work results in an increasing number of the elderly, whose physical changes are unavoidable. The elderly also risk more of both chronic and acute illnesses, which in turn lead to loss of abilities in conducting their daily life, loss of physical equilibrium, and more risk of falling.
