Dental management was reported on two pediatric patients with epilepsy admitted into pediatric ward, Prasast Neurological Hospital and Institute. The patients had uncontroled grand mal epilepsy with mental retadation. The first patient had profound mental retardation with unmeasurable I.Q. She could not help herself and was not cooperative in the dental management. Dental management had to be given following general anesthesia. The second patient had mild mental retardation with I.Q. of 65. She also had psychological problem and had received psychotherapy. Prior to dental treatment.
