This journal serves as a vehicle for rapidly disseminating newly emerging and preliminary findings from studies that examine the organization, financing, and delivery of public health services. The goal is to stimulate research collaboration and accelerate knowledge transfer from research projects to policy and administrative decision-makers within the public health system.
