Sleep can affect many regular functions in the body. Background : An evidence suggests a potential therapeutic target of depressiontoward treating inflammation with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs). However, the efficacy of the combined standard antidepressantwith NSAID treatment still remains uncertain.Objective : To examine the effects of fluoxetine (serotonin reuptake inhibitor) inadjunct with celecoxib (specific COX-2 inhibitor) on depression-likebehavior and inflammation in rats with chronic mild stress (CMS) induceddepression.Methods : The rats were divided into 4 groups: control, CMS, CMS with fluoxetinetreatment (5 mg/kg/d), and CMS with fluoxetine and celecoxib treatment(5 mg/kg/d each). Introduction: Research has established a strong relationship between financial resources and health outcomes. Yet, little is known about the effects of assets disparities on health outcomes, especially during the critical period when adolescents transition to adults.

Methods: Using data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (n = 10,861), this study investigated the relationships between three household total assets value groups (low, moderate, and high assets) and three net worth groups (negative, neutral, and positive) on young adults’ general health, obese, and depression.

Background/aim: Mental disorders may accompany obesity. is study aims to evaluate the association between social anxiety disorder (SAD) and obesity and the risk factors for SAD in obese female patients. Materials and methods: A total of 114 obese patients and 110 healthy controls were included. The Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), State and Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI I-II), and Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) were administered to assess anxiety, depression, and social anxiety levels.
