Role Of Artificial Intelligence In Endoscopic Intervention: A Clinical Review, Nismat Javed, Haider Ghazanfar, Bhavna Balar, Harish Patel

Journal of Community Hospital Internal Medicine Perspectives

Gastrointestinal diseases are increasing in global prevalence. As a result, the contribution to both mortality and healthcare costs is increasing. While interventions utilizing scoping techniques or ultrasound are crucial to both the timely diagnosis and management of illness, a few limitations are associated with these techniques. Artificial intelligence, using computerized diagnoses, deep learning systems, or neural networks, is increasingly being employed in multiple aspects of medicine to improve the characteristics and outcomes of these tools. Therefore, this review aims to discuss applications of artificial intelligence in endoscopy, colonoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound.

Scope And Limitations Of Chatgpt In Research And Academic Writing, Shyam Pyare Singh, Imran Ahmed Khan, Shaila Kumari Mitra

Digital Journal of Clinical Medicine

Background: ChatGPT has proven to be an invaluable tool, enabling human-like interactions, and facilitating knowledge exchange. It possesses the ability to generate coherent and contextually relevant responses based on the input it receives. In essence, ChatGPT responds to anything in a conversational manner and provides an output that looks like human writing. However, with the rapid advancement of medical research, there is an increasing concern that ChatGPT may be abused to create articles devoid of clinical reasoning and critical thinking.

METHODS: A through literature search was conducted on PubMed and Google scholar to find relevant article according to objective.

RESULTS: …

GeoAI is a new emerging research area that refers to set of technologies that integrate AI technology with a diversity of GIS (Geographic Information System) techniques. The present study observed that GeoAI goes beyond current GIS expectations and into the domain of possibility in the not-too-distant future. This emerging interdisciplinary science will lead us to sustainable decisions and explore the most suitable solutions to the existing problems. GeoAI has the potential to transform current geography and geomatics programs by incorporating a GeoAI dimension into modern GIS curricula. In this review, we have studied the application GeoAI in various healthcare fields. …

Siri, Waze, Google Translate, Instagram -- we experience Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI) every day of our lives when we use apps that are trained for a specific task, such as when Spotify recommends new songs based on the music you already like. These apps compute the data users give (whether knowingly or not) and adjust their own algorithms to provide the best possible experience. This is an application of Artificial Intelligence called machine learning. While some see it as a subset of AI, many argue that the ability to learn and improve through experience is critical to the very definition …
