This research will discuss how Coronavirus (COVID-19) has severely impacted the world and the role of computed tomography (CT) department as a whole. COVID-19 is an infectious disease that is fast spreading caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The outbreak began in December of 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China. COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic since March of 2020 due to the rapid spreading of the virus.
