Pulmonary complication is the main cause of death in the persons with spinal cord injury (SCI). The purpose of this study was to evaluate if pulmonary function training can improve lung function in chronic (onset more than 1 year) tetraplegic patients. There are 14 subjects (9male and 5 female), including C4 to C7 (11 complete; 3 incomplete), mean duration of injury is 5.14 years. They were arranged the rehabilitation training including respiratory muscle training for 4 weeks.
