This article is aimed at providing nursing care for adolescents with cancer relapse receiving palliative care due to their physical and mental suffering. The relapse is considered a severe condition as the cancer cell has spread to other organs which are often incurable, depending on the patients' health. Adolescents with cancer relapse often encountered late effects from the previous treatment as well as side effects from chemotherapy in the new treatment which results in deterioration in health.
