Introduction: A chronic condition like diabetes interferes with an individual's well-being, and if some of their needs are not met because of the disease, their quality of life is reduced. Introduction: Diabetes is a constantly evolving chronic disease, with a prevalence of 8.5% in 2014 compared to 4.7% in 1980 corresponding to 422 million the number of adults living with diabetes in 2014, compared to 108 million in 1980.
