Working is often seen as an integral aspect of growing up in the United States. Due to the increased desire for independence and financial gain, many adolescents decide to pursue the expansion of their job skills by entering the labor force. Adolescents crave financial independence and freedom. However, many are unaware of the risks that accompany working.
