Extraction of anti-cancer drug in plasma from in vivo organism models were studied to examine and differentiate the different methods. Along with extraction, detection of the amount and the retention period of the anti- cancer drug in plasma in the test subjects were focused on to analyze the ways of the HPLC method. The HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method is the most frequently used method for detection in many labs due to its ability to be programed quick with minimal training and to ensure accurate results.
