COVID-19 pandemic caused radical changes to the daily living activities of Lebanese population since it led the government to adopt restrictive measures and force obligatory confinement. This study aimed to identify the dietary, using Prevention with Mediterranean Diet (PREDIMED), and physical activity, using International Physical Activity Questionnaire- short form (IPAQ-SF), among physical therapy students and professionals residing in Lebanon before and during the COVID-19 confinement period. Introduction: Stress, whether real or perceived, is prevalent among young adults (18-24 years), with prevalence increasing. Previous research has identified and defined many coping mechanisms in response to stress among health professions students.

Aims: This study aims at measuring perceived stress and exploring both sources of stress and coping strategies in undergraduate health professions students.

Handgrip and pinch strengths are important markers in many sports as well as in determining health status. Many interventions have been proposed for increasing hand muscle strength. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of segmental hand vibration on hand and pinch grip strengths. Ninety-two healthy university students were randomly assigned into two equal groups.
