Introduction
- Interprofessional (IP) teamwork is the foundation for successful patient care outcomes. Numerous issues can arise from poor teamwork stemming from the lack of acknowledgment and appreciation of the roles of each healthcare provider.
- Throughout our training in school, students often become focused on their own profession and develop biases or perceptions of the other members of other healthcare disciplines.
- The Hotspotting program provides students the opportunity to eliminate biases and clarify perceptions.

Abstract
Adolescents with special health care needs encounter barriers and challenges during transition to adult health care that have the potential to impact health outcomes and satisfaction with the experience. The use of transitional care services can provide resources and support throughout the transition process to the adolescent and their parent/caregiver. This descriptive survey study was conducted to evaluate adolescent and/or parent/caregiver satisfaction with the transitional care services provided by an urban, academic, pediatric health care facility. Nineteen of 39 (49%) eligible participants completed the survey. Findings indicate that adolescents and their parent/caregiver were satisfied with the resources and support …

Background
- With an increase in and rapid development of health care applications, as well as electronic medical records and patient portals, patients have more access to health information than ever.
- Previous research has found an association between integration of electronic patient reported outcomes (ePROs) with increased survival for patients with metastatic cancer compared to usual care.
- Although greater access to health information as well as personal health records and patient portals can be shown to have positive effects on patient outcomes, the digital divide that is pervasive in the general population extends to oncology as well.

Background and Objective
A major variable in DTI spinal cord studies is the diversity in MRI scanner vendor and field strength. While there are several techniques proven to acquire DTI data, there are no standardized accepted methods for acquisition and processing. As more medical systems are utilizing this technology to evaluate the spinal cord, it is important to study the reproducibility of the DTI metrics among various scanner platforms, coil configurations and software implementations to determine the variance in obtaining normative spinal cord DTI data. This preliminary data for a multi-site DTI study examines the effects of these different MR …
