The purposes of this study are 1. To monitor the improvement of muscle performance following Russian stimulation training by muscle strength test and compound muscle action potential (CMAP) recording. 2. To investigate the place of quantitative CMAP recording technique in evaluation of muscle power. the APB and ADQ muscles from 20 healthy volunteer were included. Muscle strength was recorded by strain gauge, and CMAP of both muscles were recorded by Viking EMG following supramaximal electrical stimulation at wrist.
