Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of viewing selected inspirational leadership YouTube videos on leadership competency and leader self-efficacy of nurse leaders, by evaluating the difference pre and post intervention. The long-term goal is to provide leadership and succession planning programs and alternative teaching modality to support nurse leader development.
