Manipal Journal of Nursing and Health Sciences
Extreme preterm birth is the most critical risk factor, which leads to adverse effects on medical and developmental outcomes. The neonate had hepatosplenomegaly and antibiotic, antifungal, and antiviral treatment. She was recovered and shown significant improvement in her health status and growth and development were assessed until five years of corrected age.
