Objective The aim of this study was to conduct clinicopathological, treatment, and survival analysis of epithelial ovarian cancer patients treated at the Clinical Oncology Department, Menoufia University. Background Epithelial ovarian cancer constitutes the majority of ovarian neoplasms (about 80%). Predisposing factors may be genetic, personal history of breast or endometrial cancer, nulliparity, endometriosis, and postmenopausal estrogen. Symptoms are often vague, and until now there are no effective screening programs. Typically, treatment depends on a combination of surgery and chemotherapy in most of the patients.
