Purpose: In this study we were aiming to determine and evaluate the efficacy of the stem cells and corticotomy on the rate of canine retraction. Materials and Methods: 22 patients from both genders were selected. The age range of the selected cases was (15-20 years). All patients were examined to fulfill the inclusion criteria. These patients were divided into two groups; control group and intervention group. Split mouth technique was adopted in the intervention group to minimize the variables.
