In spite of a large number of in-vitro and in-vivo reports, it is still unclear regarding the ideal restoration of endodontically treated teeth, which requires comprehensive knowledge of dental science, materials science and principles of mechanical engineering, including biomechanics. With the advantage of digital technology, CAD/CAM technology offers high precision restorations with less time consuming and an ability of processing high-strength ceramic such as zirconia, which provides both high esthetics and strength.
