Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused series of lockdown in Malaysia which led to the significant financial impact to dental practitioner in Malaysia. Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate factors affecting dental practice and its implication to financial situation during the pandemic in Malaysia. Methods: Registered Malaysian dental practitioners were invited to participate in online questionnaire via google form. Descriptive and Pearson’s chi-square test analysis were conducted (p<0.05). Objective: Adopting correct body postures is extremely essential in preventing future musculoskeletal disorders in Dentists. The aim of this study was to evaluate the body posture of general and specialist dentists to find awkward body postures, badly postured body parts and the risk of developing future MSDs. Background: Ectodermal dysplasia is a complex group of genetic disorders identified through the abnormal development of ectodermal structures. It is a genetic disorder that affects the development or functions of tissues such as the teeth, hair, nails, and sweat glands.

Methods: This review aimed to introduce the outcomes and increase awareness of ectodermal dysplasia reviewing by the literature.

Results: The characteristic features of this disease, including hypodontia, hypohidrosis, and hypotrichosis, have been discussed.

Background: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) usually result from a prolonged static position and repetitive movements. A comfortable environment, appropriate working position, and multiple short breaks could alleviate MSDs. While the occasional back or neck ache is not a cause for alarm, regularly occurring pain or discomfort, if ignored, may further develop into an injury or career-ending disability.

Methods: A total of 370 dentists were selected from two dental hospitals and multiple dental clinics in Lahore, Pakistan. Current MSDs were recorded with the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ).
