Background/objective: One of the most common complication in orthognathic surgery is inferior alveolar nerve injury, resulting in sensory impairment that affects patientûs daily life. Many studies reported the potential of vitamin B on nerve regeneration. No clinical study showed the effect of vitamin B1-6-12 on the quality of life. Background Edentulous patients with severe bone loss encounter lower complete denture (L-CD) instability problems. Mini dental implant (MDI) retained L-CDs are an alternative treatment for unstable L-CD patients. This study subjectively and objectively evaluated masticatory efficiency before and after MDI retained L-CD treatment. Materials and methods The subjects received 4 MDIs in the anterior mandible to retain their L-CD. Masticatory efficiency was evaluated after using their L-CD at least 3 months prior to MDI placement, 1 month after L-CD loading, and 3 months after L-CD loading. วัตถุประสงค์ การศึกษานี้ต้องการศึกษาถึงคุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตทันตแพทย์จุฬาฯ และปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อความวิตกกังวลและเครียดระหว่างที่ศึกษาเล่าเรียน วัสดุและวิธีการ ใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วยคําถามยี่สิบข้อที่สร้างขึ้นและนําไปทดสอบแล้วส่งให้นิสิตทันตแพทย์ จุฬาฯ จํานวน 497 คน ตอบ สาระของคําถามจะประกอบด้วยคําถามทางด้านประชากรศาสตร์ คําถามเกี่ยวกับ ระดับอารมณ์ความเครียดและกังวลใจและสภาวะของสุขภาพ สาเหตุที่ทําให้นิสิตมีอารมณ์เครียดวิตกกังวล ผลการศึกษา คุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตทันตแพทย์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ไม่ค่อยมีความสุข 62.9 เปอร์เซ็นต์มีอารมณ์ที่ เบื่อหน่ายการเรียนและการฝึกปฏิบัติงานในคลินิกและแลบ 64.2 เปอร์เซ็นต์มีความวิตกกังวล ยิ่งศึกษาในชั้นปีที่สูง ขึ้นความวิตกกังวลมีมากขึ้น สาเหตุของความวิตกกังวลและเครียดของนิสิตมาจาก 1) การเรียนที่หนักและขาดเวลา พักผ่อน 2) บรรยากาศการเข้าหาอาจารย์และท่าทีที่แสดงออกของอาจารย์ 3) ปริมาณงานที่ได้รับและต้องทําให้ ครบเกณฑ์ 4) การสอบและเกรด นิสิตที่เรียนและเล่นกีฬาจะมีอารมณ์เครียดน้อยกว่านิสิตที่เรียนอย่างเดียวโดยไม่เล่นกีฬา (P=0.000)สรุป นิสิตทันตแพทย์มีความเครียดและวิตกกังวลค่อนข้างมาก กว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของนิสิตมีความรู้สึกที่เบื่อหน่ายการเรียน ฉะนั้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรจะต้องมีการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการให้ดี ควรมีการจัดการเรื่องการให้คําปรึกษา ช่วยเหลือนิสิตในยามที่มีปัญหาด้านการเรียนทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ
