Liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy (LC-MS) was used to detect the phytochemicals present in the extracts of propolis from Umudike. The dereplication study of the hexane and ethyl acetate extracts of green, brown and red propolis samples from a hive in Umudike Umuahia Nigeria were studied using MestReNova software. About 31 compounds previously reported from Africa propolis were detected. The results revealed the presence of 23compounds were found in the ethyl acetate extract of the brown propolis, while 20 were detected in both the ethyl acetate extract of the green and red propolis. The present biological screening study employed reference methods to estimate Pelargonium graveolens four extracts from the Nablus governorate in Palestine. Several derivatives carrying thiazolidine-4-one pharmacophore were prepared to evaluate their antimicrobial activities. The set of compounds were shown to possess potential activities as determined by molecular docking studies for both candidal (14-alpha demethylase) and bacterial enzymes (Penicillin binding protein of E. coli). In vitro antimicrobial activities were also performed to confirm the molecular docking results. Molecular characterization by spectral techniques (FT-IR, 13C NMR and 1H NMR) was carried out to confirm the identity of the synthesized compounds. This study identified the factors associated with adequate knowledge, attitude, and practice of exclusively breastfeeding women who visit maternity healthcare clinics in Palestine. This study was conducted in a cross-sectional design. A pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect the data. The women were recruited from different maternity care and primary healthcare clinics. Objective: The study aimed to assess the results of stenting in unprotected left main coronary artery disease (uLMCAD) at a tertiary hospital center. Methods: We assessed all patients who received stenting for uLMCAD, including stable patients who underwent elective, urgent, or emergent procedures. Data were gathered by reviewing hospital records and coronary angiograms and calculating SYNTAX scores. Patient follow-up was conducted via clinic visits and phone calls. Results: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was performed on seventy patients with uLMCAD, all of whom had successful revascularization. Amoebiasis is still of serious concern for public health in developing countries. The main issue in diagnosing amoebiasis infection through stool samples is the inability to differentiate the morphologically indistinguishable Entamoeba histolytica from the nonpathogenic Amoeba. This study aimed at detecting Entamoeba species (E. histolytica / dispar) among the microscopically diagnosed amoebiasis infections in the Nablus district using nonconventional immunoassay methods. This article aims to determine the knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding Deep Dentinal Caries Removal before Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and Restoration among practicing dental surgeons. A descriptive cross-sectional study was executed amongst dental surgeons practicing with undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. A Google questionnaire form was developed and distributed, and 111 authentic entries were short-listed. Data obtained from the study were recorded in Microsoft Excel 2007 version, and SPSS version 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. This work effectively developed and validated a stability-indicating RP-HPLC technique for precisely measuring dexlansoprazole in bulk samples. An Acetonitrile and 0.5 mmol Ammonium Acetate (pH 4.5) gradient mobile phase, a 1 ml/min flow rate, and detection at 283 nm were all part of the method's unique chromatographic conditions. A Kromasil C18 column was also used. Dexlansoprazole had a 5.14-minute retention period, and the technique showed a linear range of 5–30 mg/ml with a strong correlation value of 0.997. In diabetes mellitus, both inflammatory and growth factors play significant roles in the development and progression of the disease and its associated complications. Diabetics frequently show signs of chronic, low-grade inflammation. Insulin resistance and beta-cell dysfunction are exacerbated by the high levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines prevalent in diabetes, such as TNF-α and IL-6. High levels of the inflammatory marker C-reactive protein are linked to insulin resistance and an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. An upsurge in in diabetes is caused by NF-κB activation.
