Background: Primary premature ejaculation has been treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), however these medications have a low success rate, Aim: is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adding sildenafil to dapoxetine for patients with premature, symptomatic ejaculation who did not respond to dapoxetine alone, Methods: This RCT was conducted at the urology outpatient centers of Al-Azhar University, Al-Hussein Hospital, and Sayed Galal Hospital. Background: Flexible ureterorenoscopy (FURS) is widely used in surgical treatment of renal stones, due to the tendency toward minimally invasive options. This study conducted to evaluate factors affecting outcomes of FURS.

Patients and methods: A retrospective analysis of patients with renal stones who underwent FURS at Al-Azhar University Hospitals (Al-Hussein and Sayed Galal), Cairo, Egypt. This analysis involved patients who underwent FURS in period between October 2020 to June 2022, only patients with complete data were involved in this study.

Purpose: We aim to evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of Silodosin, Mirabegron, and Tadalafil as a medical expulsive therapy (MET) for lower ureteric stones in adults.

Material and Methods:
A total number of 150 cases who had unilateral single lower ureteric stone between December 2021 and August 2022 were incorporated in this prospective randomized comparative study. Purpose: We aim to present our 5 years results with Dextranomer/Hyalouronic Acid (Dx/HA) sub-ureteral injection for treatment of children with primary vesico ureteric reflux (VUR). PATIENTS AND METHODS: The retrospective cohort study which was performed at tertiary referral center in Cairo. Children underwent Dx/HA injection for treatment of the primary VUR were reviewed.
