Background: Obesity affects children and adults across all age groups. The prevalence of obesity is as high as 21.4% in pediatric age groups. This increase in prevalence is associated with significant health implications and necessitates effective interventions. the results of weight loss surgery in children and adolescents are still scarce, despite recent studies suggesting favorable short- and intermediate-term outcomes that are comparable to those in adults. Although evidence continues to emerge, as this solution is still denied to children. Background: In children with unilateral inguinal hernia, there is a debate about exploration of the contralateral side. Herniogrhaphy, diagnostic pneumoperitoneum, and intra-operative laparoscopy are the procedures that have been proposed to reduce the number of negative contralateral side explorations in children presenting with a unilateral congenital inguinal hernia. Background: Chronic Kidney Disease postulated to be a constitutional pathology with interlacing between different etiological and pathogenic factors, which lead to ESRD. These pathogenic factorssuch as MCP-1, Neopterin and MCSF control migration of mediators that cause damage of renal tissue and play a role in the process inflammation.

Aim: confirming the presence of the sensitive markers for renal parenchymal damage, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, neopterin, and macrophage colony-stimulating factor in patients' urine and serum as well as the progression of those patients to end-stage renal disease.
