Background: Asthma and COPD are common diseases of the respiratory system. An important element in the medical treatment of these patients is physiotherapy, focused on the reduction of symptoms and improvement of quality of life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the response of patients with asthma and COPD on a three-week sanatorium rehabilitation in terms of exercise capacity and perception of health. Background: The origin and prevalence of cerebral palsy can hardly be considered fully understood. The relationship between orthopedic and neuropsychiatric disorders in children with cerebral palsy in the available literature is also insufficiently presented. Material/Methods: Authors conducted a clinical and epidemiological analysis and examined the nature of motor disorders in 267 children with cerebral palsy aged from 3 to 16 years old. Kinesio taping (KT) is a method of elastic taping, created in the 1970s by a Japanese chiropractor, Dr. Kenzo Kase. The aim of this study was to present KT techniques and its application in various fields of medicine, sports and rehabilitation. The publications used in this paper were sourced from the PubMed and the Google Scholar databases. The keywords used to search databases included KT, Kinesio taping, medicine, dentistry and sport.
