The aging of Taiwan's population is creating a heavy burden on the government's public finances allocated for elderly health care. The purpose of this research is to compare health promotion behavior among the aged; these included hospital volunteers, those undertaking Tai Ji, those who swam or those who took no specific exercise.This study recruited a total of 136 subjects who lived in the community and the total included 59 males and 77 females.
