An Athletic Training Portfolio: 3 Case Studies, Kristen Dawson

The purpose of this portfolio is to convey the mechanism, evaluation process, and rehabilitation plan for three orthopedic injuries occurring over the course of the past two years. Each case presents patients with whom I played a role in their care, progressively increasing my involvement as I grew and learned professionally. The cases include background information and case descriptions of three individual patients, their evaluation and rehabilitation plans are included.
