Reproductive health for adolescents with disabilities is often disregarded, and education on personal hygiene is insufficient because some people perceive menstruation as a sensitive topic and have a false belief that adolescents with disabilities have no sexual desire. This study aimed to determine the overview of personal hygiene behavior among adolescents with physical and intellectual disabilities when facing menstruation. The method used was qualitative, with case studies, in-depth interviews, and observations for data collection. Stroke is a health problem that affects a person's independence. Occupational therapists can carry out community-based occupational therapy (TOBM) in intervening in stroke patients. The aim of this intervention is to improve the patient's ability to cook from an occupational therapy perspective. In community service through TOBM, stroke patients in Siteari village were given an intervention for 1 month to assess an increase in independence in cooking. There are results that TOBM can increase patient independence in cooking.

The association between fatigue and sarcopenia is not well understood, therefore, this study aimed to compare the sarcopenia measures among elderly with mild and severe fatigue and to determine whether fatigue severity is associated with sarcopenia measures. This was a cross-sectional study conducted on201 elderly (age = 68.45±6.30 years).
