Abstract: Objectives: assess the psychosocial maladjustment (PSM) and personality, compare the PSM and personality between the children of alcoholics (COA) and non-alcoholics (CONA) and find the relationship between the PSM and personality. Materials and Methods: Cross-sectional survey (N=230) was conducted among graduates using PSM Scale and BFI. Results: There was no relationship between PSM and personality. Significant difference was found between PSM [t (228) = 4.17], agreeableness [t (228) = 5.95], neuroticism [t (228) = 6.95] and openness [t (228) = 6.57] domains of personality of COA and CONA.
