Background: Abnormal uterine bleeding is a common reason for gynecological visits and a significant cause for anemia in perimenopausal women which should be investigated properly. Objective: To compare the diagnostic accuracy of 3D U/S and hysteroscopy in detecting uterine lesions in cases of perimenopausal bleeding. Patients and methods: The study included 100 patients from the outpatient Gynecological Clinic, Al Hussein, Al Sayed Galal Hospitals Al-Azhar University during the period starting from October 2019 till May 2021.
