Health systems consist of all the people and actions whose primary purpose is to improve health. It is therefore urgent to assess current performance and to judge how health systems can reach their potential. This cross sectional study was conducted in Dhamar city, Yemen to assess the impression about level of the healthcare services. About 240 subjects agreed to participate in this study but analysis was carried out on 194 subjects who provided complete data on the variables of interest to this study.
